Previous incidents

The underlying service provider, Inngest, has acknowledged the issue and is working on resolving it. Actions taken on Breeze will still work, but notifications and other related actions will be delayed.

Our inbound mail feature did not actually go down; just the testing infrastructure that we use to monitor its uptime. We have upgraded our testing infrastructure to prevent this false positive. Service is working as normal.
